With over 21 years of experience in property insurance adjusting, Josh Goldstein has built his career around strategy, psychology, and a genuine dedication to helping clients recover after loss. Growing up in a family business, he learned the values of persistence, fairness, and client advocacy from his father, uncle, and brother — and continues to carry those lessons forward in every claim he handles.
Josh is a graduate of UMass Amherst and holds a Construction Supervisor License as well as certification from Vale Tech Adjusting School. He believes that every claim is as much a psychological experience as a technical one — understanding how people think, recognizing what motivates them, and tailoring each negotiation to reach the best possible outcome.
