Getting dealt with the bad news from the structural engineers that the building was unstable we were only allowed to get limited access inside of the building.
Our job started with the emergency board up, Asbestos testing, demo bids, building estimation and months of negotiating with the insurance company, With a loss of this size it is very important to fully understand large construction and the costs involved with a project of this magnitude. From start to finish we had conference calls, meetings and several meetings at town hall to help keep all unit owners fully involved and educated throughout the process.
